Learning Outcomes of the field trip
Kuaka NZ aims to provide high quality trip activities as well as contracting the services of the best and most appropriate accommodation and transport. Our trips are both tailored to meet the individual curriculum and group needs of your school as well being designed to meet the relevant achievement standards and learning outcomes for students.
Safety of groups
We have a real focus on risk management and have a complete system in place. You will be informed of appropriate group sizes relative to site visits that give the basis for safe and efficient organisation while out in the field. Relevant RAMS forms for each of the main sites and activities are available.
Third party operators are constantly monitored for safety. OSH monitors all operators, and all have voluntary safety codes of practice. We have assessed activities for health and safety ourselves as well as reviewing their safety history.
For Kuaka activities risk assessment and management is undertaken according to RAMS guidelines.
